Bayern Munich to part ways with manager Julian Nagelsmann.
According to reports, Manager Julian Nagelsmann will be dismissed by Bayern Munich.
Although the 35-year-old, who joined Bayern in 2021, has led the Munich team to the Champions League quarterfinals, he has not been able to significantly boost domestic confidence, as the club is now ranked second in the Bundesliga going into this international break.
Sources have revealed, that Nagelsmann’s relationship with Bayern’s leadership has deteriorated recently, and the club has decided to break ways with the young manager before the start of club football.
Nagelsmann’s fate is thought to have been heavily influenced by Hasan Salihamidzic, sports director for Bayern.
Bayern are keen to find a high-level replacement as soon as possible and that contact has been made with former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel, who has been out of work since departing Stamford Bridge earlier this season.

Bayern is scheduled to play Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund on April 1 in what is expected to be a key match for both teams. A verbal agreement has been reached with Tuchel, and Munich authorities are eager to get the new manager in place before club football resumes.
In the quarterfinals of the Champions League, Bayern will play Manchester City, with the first leg taking place on April 11.
Standards are high at Bayern and questions have been regularly asked about Nagelsmann’s side, who are comfortably the leading scorers in the Bundesliga and even boast the division’s best defensive record at this point.
Fans have occasionally been frustrated by disappointing results, like the loss to Bayer Leverkusen and the tense 5-3 triumph over a struggling Augsburg team, but there will soon be a change in the dugout at the Allianz Arena.
