The full draw for the Champions League Round of 16
The draw for the 2022–23 Champions League Round of 16 has been officially unveiled, and there are some tantalizing matches to look forward to.
Due to the 2022 World Cup starting on November 20 in Qatar, the Champions League group stages ended sooner than usual this year.
Europe’s premier club competition now takes a four-month break before returning for the knockout stages in February.
Here are the teams that were drawn for the Round of 16 of the UCL.
The eight group winners (seeded) teams were: Bayern Munich (GER), Benfica (POR), Chelsea (ENG), Manchester City (ENG), Napoli (ITA), FC Porto (POR), Real Madrid (ESP) and Tottenham (ENG).
The eight group runners-up (unseeded) teams were: Club Brugge (BEL), Borussia Dortmund (GER), Eintracht Frankfurt (GER), Inter Milan (ITA), RB Leipzig (GER), Liverpool (ENG), AC Milan (ITA), Paris Saint-Germain (FRA).
