    The ‘Litty lit’ singer is the daughter of oil mogul and business tycoon Femi Otedola.

    Her late grandfather Sir Micheal Otedola was a one-time Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria.

    So you see, when classifying artistes born into wealth, she would be at the forefront.

    Cuppy started her career as a disk jockey (DJ) but now, she is releasing her own songs.

    Recall, the song ‘Gelato‘ she sang featuring popular Nigerian rapper Zlatan. You would agree that song talks about the wealthy life she lives and how she would travel over the world just to have that ice cream.

    Davido:

    Davido OBO

    David Adeleke better known as Davido is one of the leading Afrobeat and Afropop singers in the industry.

    He is the son of a renowned business mogul and billionaire, Adedeji Adeleke.

    His father, Mr. Adeleke is the MD/CEO of popular Pacific Holdings LTD, and founder of Adeleke University.

    The father of three broke into the music industry through his popular song Dami Duro and he has grown to become one of the biggest singers in the country.

    Throwback to when Davido released Dami Duro, depicting from his lyrics, “Ema dami duro dami duro yeah Emi omo babalowo..”

    He is saying “don’t hold me back, I am the son of a rich man.”  No doubt, he lets everyone who cares to listen know that he comes from a wealthy background.

    Falz:

    Folarin Falana also identified as Falz is an alumnus of the University of Reading England, having graduated with an LLB honors degree in Law.

    The Nigerian rapper is the son of a popular renowned Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana.

    Falz is both an actor and a singer and he delivers his roles perfectly, to the admiration of his fans and followers.

    Without an iota of doubt, he qualifies for the list of 5 Nigerians who come from a wealthy background.

    B-Red:

    Adebayo Adeleke Also known as B-Red happens to be the cousin of Nigerian legendary singer Davido.

    The singer is the son of politician Ademola Adeleke, a senator who recently contested the Osun state governorship election.

    His career as a solo act started in 2013 with the release of the single “Insane Girl”, which featured  Davido and was produced by Shizzi.

    In 2016, he released his debut EP ‘All the Way Up’.

    Naeto C:

    Naetochukwu Chikwe, stage name Naeto C, is a Nigerian rapper, Afrobeat artist and record producer.

    He was born in Houston, Texas, and is of Nigerian origin from Imo State.

    The rapper is the son of Dr. Mrs. Kema Chikwe and Chief Herbert Chikwe.

    His mother, Dr. Kema was the former Nigerian Ambassador to Ireland and also a former minister of aviation.
