    Though, Laycon has not made any official statement or given any hint towards this.

    However, with the latest EP he released no 1st of April, 2020 “Who is Laycon?“, and features he had last year, we believe he has quite a number song to deliver for an album.

    Moreso, it is safe to say, with the fan base Laycon has gathered in a short period of fame, an album only adds to his collection of achievements.

    From the inception of his career in the BBNaija house, Laycon has bagged several awards even before his win.

    From being an ambassador to Oppo Mobile Nigeria, to being an ambassador of Mentos Fresh Candy.

    The two prominent ones are;

    • the just concluded chieftaincy title he received from his home town,
    • and the Youth ambassadorial deal from his state governor, Governor Dapo Abiodun.

    We believe in 2021, Laycon should have more endorsement deals, both locally and Internationally.

    Awards, both foreign and local are a show of appreciation for one’s effort in whatever one is involved with.

    Laycon has so far bagged two awards in his career;

    • The City People Music Special Recognition Awards.
    • African Entertainment Awards USA 2020 with Best New Artiste

    To the surprise of many, Laycon did not get nominated for any award in the 14th Headies Awards Ceremony.

    It was a real shock especially to his fans.

    Fans expect more songs from the singer this year, and in turn more awards/ recognitions.

     

    Consistency:

    Laycon‘s management  and Public relations team have done a fantastic job in maintaining Laycon at the spotlight.

    For the record, The Hip-hop singer has had over 12 million streams on Audiomack, and over 2 million views on YouTube.

    However, for Laycon to remain revelant and gain more recognition, his PR and management team have to be consistent.
