While you may be hearing “Fvck You” every single day, and “One Ticket” is on your Weekend Playlist (after all Kizz Daniel is a Star Boy?) There is a chance you are missing quite a few interesting jams that should actually be the ones on your playlist.
Since he came on the scene, about five years ago with his hit single “Woju”, he has gone on to drop two chart-topping albums. And he officially now has more songs than Reekado Banks and Korede Bello, combined. (Just kidding, yeah.)
But Kizz has enough songs to make five different compilation albums, and that number keeps increasing. Every day. Kizz isn’t ever resting, and who knows, he may already be working on another album. He might just call this one “No Bad Songs, For Real.”
Between “No Bad Songz” and “Fvck You” and “One Ticket”, here are five latest Kizz Daniel songs that should be on your playlist..
Young John – Ello Baby
Young John, one of Olamide‘s long time producers, is one of the guys who have been keeping stuff together for more than half a decade, now. He has worked with countless artists, Olamide, Wizkid, Lil Kesh and more.
But recently Kizz hooked him up for his smash hit, “Fvck You”, and that probably wasn’t the only song they made together. Just a while ago, the producer released “Ello Baby” which featured not just Kizz Daniel, but also Queen diva, Tiwa Savage.
Recall that Kizz first worked with Tiwa Savage, in his G-Worldwide days, when the songstress was featured on the Remix of “Woju” alongside Davido. We didn’t see that coming again, but Young John made it happen, and we got “Ello Baby,” a track that ticks all the box for a big hit.

Mayorkun – True
It’s just normal that many artists want to have part of the Kizz sauce. I mean, the only thing many catalogues are still missing these days is Kizz Daniel. Mayorkun got him. After all, he’s a DMW artist and Davido did “One Ticket” for Kizz. Let’s take it as repaying favors.
“True” is one of the purest Kizz tracks, in recent times. He’s never been able to select a best as groovy as this, as he’s always doing low tempo, but this stuff sure fits him well. And getting to back up Mayorkun with his own vocals, which are impeccable and probably even better that the Mayor’s, he finished the song and did a great job.
Now, I have not one, but two reasons “True” should be on your playlist. One, it’s a Kizz Daniel song and two, it’s a good song.
Ja
Alright, this is from the album. But let’s talk about how cool this track is. It’s got all the good vibes, and talks about real life matters, just like many of Kizz Daniel’s jams, these days.
“Ja” was performed on a very low tempo Afro instrumental and has that same vibe Kizz Daniel is known for. He’s worked and re-worked that style, over and over.
Maybe you just listened to the album a couple times, and jammed “Madu” that got a trending video, and you didn’t pay attention to “Ja.” Well, you’re forgiven. You should try it out now!
Poko
This was kinda a hit. Right? But you should play it more often. Maybe then you’ll notice he was really sounding like 2baba when he was saying “ehen ehen” (aka Gaaga Shuffle.)
“Poko” is just a cool one, and the idea that Kizz can actually be a bit playful on a jam is even more interesting. You know, guy is always about story-lines (“Fvck You”, “Jombo”, “One Ticket”) and always the lover boy (“Laye”, “) . He barely has time to go hard and do the the club thing, but this “Poko” sounds like one big club banger, it deserves to be on your playlist, if you ask me.
Eko
Kizz Daniel’s latest, “Eko” is a real banger and deserves to be on everyone’s playlist. (For now, maybe.) A trending song, you don’t want to miss out on.
You don’t want to go to a party and everyone is singing “Eko ile” and you know the song, but don’t know the lyrics? Huh.
Put “Eko” on your playlist, cause you’re going to hear it everywhere (radio, TV) anyway. So before you get bored of this jam they’re always playing, why not just jam it yourself and feel the vibe?
Besides, it’s a cool one. Kizz Daniel is just good like that!
Worthy Mentions
For You (ft. Wizkid)
With the latest development and how Wizkid has been low key, when next do you think we’ll get a Kizz ft. Starboy again? Maybe next year? Or the next? Or never?
However, “For You” is still ever green, and will definitely lit up your playlist. Not your regular hit song, but also not shit. It’s a cool spiritual tune, and while we’re at it, our playlist definitely doesn’t deserve to miss a jam like this. (Just like every other Wizkid song we ever get.)
Ghetto ft. Nasty C
Although this isn’t one of his latests, this is another classic Kizz re-work. Using the same code he used on “Sin City”, but now with Nasty C, who added his foreign sauce on it.
“Ghetto” would have been bigger if it was a pre-released single, but who doesn’t want to save a Nasty C collabo for the big day?
The chemistry they had on the jam isn’t surprising at all. Kizz Daniel, as we know, is good at collaborations and can easily adjust to fit into any style. That’s what makes “Ghetto” amazing.
Anyway, when you want to sing along, you should look up the lyrics. Those lyrics are too golden to be sung wrongly.
