Chelsea will continue their off-white theme for the 2025/26 away kit, following this season’s cream-colored change strip.

While the club has occasionally experimented with black or various shades of blue, white and yellow have historically been the dominant choices for their away kits.
According to leaks from Footy Headlines, next season’s design features an off-white base accented with red and green detailing.
The inspiration comes from a 1970s away shirt that sported a bold red and green stripe down the center. However, the modern version swaps that solid stripe for subtle pinstripes—three red and three green—offering a more refined look. Nike, Chelsea’s kit supplier since 2017, will once again produce the kit, which also includes matching red and green sleeve cuffs.
A notable aspect of Chelsea’s 2024/25 kits has been the absence of a front-of-shirt sponsor. While this pleases football purists, it also means a significant financial gap for the club, as shirt sponsorships are a prime source of revenue.

The club has reportedly held off on securing a new sponsor, hoping for an upturn in performance that could attract a more lucrative deal—potentially aided by a return to Champions League football.
The away kit’s design works well without a sponsor, but if a new partner is secured, integrating their logo seamlessly will be a challenge.
Kit designs are typically finalized well in advance, and last-minute sponsor additions can sometimes disrupt the intended aesthetic. Whether Chelsea finds a sponsor in time or continues without one remains to be seen.
