The Youtube Africa Day Concert aims to bring Africans, Africans in the Diaspora, and people from all over the world together to celebrate a continent that is home to over 1.5 billion people and is producing new forms of artistic expression.
The third edition of the Africa Day Concert aims to commemorate the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) on May 25, 1963, by showcasing African culture via music.
Some of the music luminaries who joined YouTube to celebrate Africa Day at the #Africadayconcert2022 were Davido, D’banj, Mayorkun, Yemi Alade, Ckay and Busiswa.
