Young Thug, Gunna, 28 others indicted on Gang-related charges
According to reports, Young Thug and Gunna were implicated in a gang indictment.
Thug was arrested in his Atlanta home and placed in the Fulton County jail for conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), according to the source. He was additionally accused of being a member of a criminal street gang.
The court document said that the rapper and his other 27 associates, which also include rapper Gunna, are members of the Young Slime Life gang, who allegedly “conspired to associate together and with others for the common purposes of illegally obtaining money and property through a pattern of racketeering activity and conducting and participating in the enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity.”
According to the indictment, Gunna was also charged with conspiring to violate RICO.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis stated during a press conference regarding the charges that removing these 28 defendants from the streets will help keep the community secure.
“It does not matter what your notoriety is, what your fame is. If you come to Fulton County, Georgia and you commit crimes and certainly if those crimes are in furtherance of a street gang then you are going to become a target and a focus of this district attorney’s office,” Willis said.
Reacting to the arrests, Young Thug’s attorney Brian Steel said, “the response to any allegation is Mr. Williams committed no crime whatsoever and we will fight to my last drop of blood to clear him.”
