Yemi Eberechi Alade, better known by her stage name Yemi Alade, has explained how being obsessed with the Instagram lifestyles affects people.
The musician who signed with the Effyzzie music group stated on Wednesday that fear of Instagram is the beginning of knowledge on her Instagram story.
The Johnny crooner claims that individuals start to feel depressed when they use Instagram to view the lifestyles of others and contrast them with their own.

In the video, the singer issued a warning to everyone about the value of being content and refraining from being overawed by other people’s extravagant displays on social media.
She asserted that letting another person’s success make you feel less than you are is one of the main factors that kills joy.
She urged individuals to stop comparing their lives to those of others and instead find pleasure and happiness in their own accomplishments.
In her words, she said
“The fear of Instagram is the beginning of wisdom, you will sit down at home, on your Instagram, and start to see beautiful people in beautiful places taking pictures in jacuzzi, etc.
You will be wondering na me worse pass na me be jacuzzi let me tell you something baba if you continue to look at other places instead of looking to your life and see how far you have gone, bros, you will always be sad you will wake in the morning and say I choose sadness, there’s no Joy in comparison, let’s be warned”
