Yemi Alade Requests Fitness Advice From Kate Henshaw
Following her weight increase, Yemi Alade has approached actress Kate Henshaw for fitness advice.
The 33-year-old tweeted the fitness enthusiast’s training video and requested that she show her how to exercise and maintain a healthy weight.
Kate Henshaw, who recently reflected on how she narrowly survived a plane disaster that killed everyone on board, said in the video:
“Discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishment…No magic. No hocus pocus. Wishing for something doesn’t make it become a reality unless you put in the necessary effort to accomplish that wish”.

Kate Henshaw often posts videos of her workout sessions on social media.
In one of the videos, the 50-year-old shared tips for living a healthy life. She wrote:
