Both African-Americans and Africans have spoken about the impact of African immigrants on their lives.
The space, which is still active, mostly promotes the viewpoint that African immigrants do not contribute to the system.
The rapper took to his social media page to join the Twitter space, as he addressed one of the speakers, Tariq Nasheed, who was adamant about why Africans were immigrating to America, claiming that they would benefit the “foundational African-American” community.
In his brief address, the rapper stated that some of the speakers were condescending, as well as noted that not all Nigerians are impoverished and seeking to migrate.
