The Nigerian Award-winning artist, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, has accomplished another professional milestone with his “Made In Lagos” album in the USA.
Recall, Mp3bullet.ng reported that Big Wiz becomes the first African artiste to charge $1 million for a show to headline a day at the World’s Largest Hip-Hop Festival, Rolling Loud.
It’s quite glaring on the turnout and recent huge responsive reception Starboy’s MIL is receiving, particularly from the overseas fans. The upshot of Made In Lagos project is what’s playing out on the festival billing up and down.
Wizkid’s Made In Lagos album has set and broken new records in the United States.
The album, which has achieved global popularity, has now become the first African album to sell 425,000 copies in the United States.

The Essence crooner has recently stated on his Instagram story that the name of his upcoming album, “More Love, Less Ego,” will be changed.
The artist did not say why he changed his mind or what the title of his next album will be. He also didn’t reveal when his project will be released, despite rumours of a new summer hit.
