Nigerian superstar Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” album garnered over a billion streams in the year 2021.
The talented Nigerian afrobeat iconic singer, songwriter and performer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has hit a massive milestone with his ‘Made in Lagos’ album.

Recall, the classic album, which was released in 2020, and its deluxe edition, which was released in 2021 is now designated as global albums and has received over a billion streams across all music streaming platforms in the year 2021.

As of December 31st, 2021, the deluxe version, which included four additional songs, such as the Essence remix, which featured Canadian popstar Justin Bieber, had 410.15 million streams on Apple Music.
To furthermore, it has 324.06 million on YouTube, 313.7 million streams on Audiomack, 312.7 million streams on Spotify, and 48.7 million streams on Boomplay.
