    Legendary Afrobeat singer Wizkid has one of his hit singles heading for 100M streams on Spotify.

    Wizkid‘s ‘Come Closer‘ featuring popular Canadian rapper Drake surpasses 97m streams on Spotify, heading for a 100million.

    Charts Africa made this known in a recent tweet from their page.

    The tweet;

    ” @wizkid ”Come Closer” feat. @Drake surpasses 97M streams on Spotify.”

    This is coming after the hit song by the duo got certified Platinum in Canada over the weekend.

    Apparently, he is the only Nigerian artiste to record Platinum sales in Canada with over 80,000+ units.

    ‘Come Closer‘ was released in 2017 featuring Drake, and so far turns out to be his most charted song.

    As of last year, the song went gold in the USA, making it the second song by a Nigerian to be certified gold in the US.
