Nigerian Singer, Wizkid didn’t take it funny after Reekado Banks tried to promote their collaboration while the #EndSars issue is still ongoing.
Reekado Banks had taken to Twitter to announce that he would be dropping a new song titled “Omo Olomo” featuring Wizkid in the midnight.
He wrote; “Out of control, gbedu must drop. This one with my brother @wizkidayo “OMO OLOMO” midnight dropping, Still on the matter !!!”
However, this didn’t sit well with Wizkid who slammed him for trying to promote a song in a time like this.
“Delete this dude! Can’t believe you’re even doing this at a time like this. Old song! #endsars fool!”
Recall that Wizkid had postponed his album because of the ongoing nationwide #EndSars protests. He said that the time wasn’t right and too sensitive to be dropping an album.
