Big Wiz sends amazing message to his fan base Wizkid FC amidst backlash of not releasing a new song.
Amidst a wave of criticism from his fans due to his decision not to release new songs, the award-winning artist Wizkid has sent a heartfelt message to his fan base, known as Wizkid FC, expressing his genuine love for them.
The situation unfolded when Wizkid was faced with a fan’s impatience, who playfully threatened him with “God of Iron” (Ogun) if he didn’t release new songs.
The fan’s message read, “Afa drop songs now Abi Ogun they kill you.”
In response, Wizkid, who is currently enjoying life in Lagos following his late mother’s burial, jokingly stated that he would be taking a break from music for 4 to 5 years, hinting at exploring a new profession.
Wizkid wrote, “Una papa dey holiday oo, make I enjoy…back in 4 years. Make una papa chop him money small…”
The “More Love, Less Ego” artist humorously mentioned that he might consider playing football, golf, FIFA, and wrestling, among other things.
In another Instagram post, Wizkid wrote, “All of un dey craze, everybody dey mad.”
To show his love and concern for his fans, BigWiz asked Wizkid FC if they were doing well physically, mentally, and spiritually. He also inquired if they were taking the time to enjoy life with their loved ones.
Wizkid said, “On some G shit…I hope you mofos are alright, body, mind, and soul and taking time out to enjoy with your loved ones.”
