Nigerian Award-winning artist, Wizkid has reacted to fans dropping his stage name to call him by his real name, Ayodeji.
Wizkid took to his Instastory to post messages from his fans who referred to him by his real name, Ayo.
In the messages, members of his fanbase were replying to his story concerning his forthcoming MIL tour in Lagos. The fan who made his mentions known in regards to the tour confidently called the Grammy Award Winning artist by his given name, Ayo.
“Make sure USA is included Ayo!” the fan wrote.
Another fan pleaded,
‘Chicago please Ayo!!! I’m on my knees literally…‘

The 30-year-old artist whose real name is Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun couldn’t get over the fans’ boldness to slide into his DM and call him Ayo. He took a screenshot of the message and posted it on his IG story.
Reacting to the message he captioned the screenshot with;
“Y’all call me Ayo like Mama’s kids”
