Wizkid sparks emotions talking about Jada P and their daughter, Morayo
International Afrobeats sensation, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has moved fans to tears with a rare and emotional tribute to his partner, Jada P, and their newborn daughter, Morayo.
The Grammy-winning singer bared his heart during a powerful performance at the 2025 edition of the Hollywood Bowl concert in Los Angeles, where he paused to acknowledge the joy his expanding family has brought him.
While Wizkid and Jada P have remained tight-lipped about the finer details of their baby’s arrival, news broke in late 2024 that the couple had welcomed their second child, a baby girl. In March 2025, Jada offered fans a subtle glimpse of the little one via social media, sharing a tender photo that showed the baby wrapped in a pink shawl, her tiny feet peeking out in socks.
Taking center stage in L.A., Wizkid broke the silence with a moving tribute to both his partner and late mother. “She gave me a daughter that looks exactly just like my mum,” the Essence hitmaker told a cheering crowd, drawing loud applause and warm reactions from fans in attendance.
