Afrobeat superstar Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid never tires of setting and breaking new records, as the singer received two nominations at the 2022 American Music Awards in the United States.
Big Wiz has continued to set records with his 2020 album as the singer bagged two nominations at the US-based American Music Awards 2022.
The singer was nominated in the categories of Favorite R&B Song and Favorite Afrobeats Artist. This is not the first time Starboy has been nominated for the American Music Awards, as the singer bagged a total of three nominations in 2016 with the hit collaboration ‘One Dance’ with Drake.
