This is why we think BNXN and Ruger’s beef is all planned.
Since music is all about preaching love rather than competing, there’s really no benefit to two artists fighting each other unless they’re just on a trip with fans.
before we proceed let’s quickly talk about their biography
When Buju was a junior in high school, he first began to compose music. He used to go by the moniker Drizzle but later adopted the stage name Buju.
He began rapping and eventually joined the choir. At valedictory services, he started out solo, and over time, he brought his enthusiasm to the institution. He stopped playing music for a while because he was constantly comparing himself to other brilliant individuals and thinking that they were superior to him. He developed his look and drew inspiration from J Hus, Burna Boy, Buju Banton, and Damian Marley.
Daniel Benson, also known as Buju or BujuToYourEars, was born in Lagos State to a middle-class family.
Why Ruger’s leading Afrobeats musician Michael Adebayo Olayinka (born September 23, 1999) is better known by his stage moniker Ruger.
He is currently a performer and composer under Jonzing World Entertainment.
In 2021, after being revealed as the newest signee of Jonzing World, he rose to fame on the national stage. On March 4th, 2021, he released Pandemic, his self-titled debut EP.
On November 26th, 2021, he published his follow-up EP, The Second Wave. In June 2022, he released The Second Wave Deluxe, his third music album.
Following the release of his sophomore EP, “Bad Since 97,” by Nigerian Afrobeat singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka (also known as Ruger), BNXN, and Daniel Benson are once more at odds.
Following the release of his second EP, “Bad Since 97,” by BNXN, the musician hailed the achievement
on Twitter. The CD had topped Nigeria’s Apple Music Album Chart, the post is a jab at Ruger, with whom he recently engaged in a public argument over their shared status as hitmakers.
Get a solo hit, then talk to me, lard bum bum, tweeted Ruger in response.
In a series of tweets in reaction to Ruger’s post, BNXN posed the question, “Man had to body shame? I didn’t have to whine my waist about Project #1. Think your movements are peculiar? Sam Loco will be me. Let’s leave. Pirate Baba Fryo stealing pirate.
But if it’s not a prearranged beef, why wait till Buju released a project before the fight? This is entertainment, and they might be hanging out in the same club every night to joke about it.
