Nigerian singer and songwriter, Fireboy DML, has revealed his desire to experience heartbreak before his next album.
He expressed his intention to embark on a vacation in search of a yet-to-be-found love interest who will break his heart.
Fireboy shared this revelation via a post on his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Tuesday, stating that his upcoming fourth studio album will revolve around the theme of heartbreak. He believes that experiencing heartbreak firsthand will bring authenticity and depth to his music.
“Album roll out don start like this. After this one, I’ll go on a vacation and try to find whoever’s gonna inspire the heartbreak album that will follow.”
