On October 4, 2023, a video of singer Naira Marley and his pal Sam Larry at the magistrate court has appeared online.

As previously reported, Naira Marley and Sam Larry were ordered to be held in police custody on Wednesday by the Yaba Magistrate Court in Lagos State.

Fashola and the others were instead given a 21-day remand while the justice for Mohbad is still being served, according to a decision by Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun.

Remember that on October 3rd, Naira Marley claimed via his X platform platform that he had returned to Lagos, and that the police had subsequently confirmed that he had been arrested.

Sam Larry, a socialite from Lagos, was detained days prior at the Lagos airport upon his return to Nigeria on suspicion of being involved in Mohbad’s death.
