Nigerian new-age music phenomenon, Rema, shares a catchy trap freestyle that captures everything we’ve missed about his trapping alter ego, letting us know that Trap Remy is still alive and well.
The native of Edo, who goes by the name Divine Ikubor, first gained notoriety when he dropped the freestyle Gucci Gang in response to a challenge from D’Prince, the head of his Jonzing Label. Since then, the pop star had developed a devoted following made up of fans of trap music.

The singer returns with a trap freestyle for his fans who have been waiting for Trap Remy, his rap alter ego, to make an appearance.
Released alongside a visualiser on Rema’s Instagram page, the singer further announced his tour freestyle by saying, “Been a while, sum for my Day 1s ???????????? (Dead Inside- Tour Freestyle)”
