Kel-P and Wande Coal announce release date of joint EP

It has been officially confirmed that Kel P and Wande Coal will be releasing their highly anticipated joint project, an EP titled ‘Best of Both Worlds,’ set for release on February 27, 2025. This marks their first project of the year.
After dropping their first single of 2025, ‘Old Soldier,’ the two musical heavyweights revealed that the joint EP will consist of six tracks. They shared in a recent interview with media outlet Wonderland that the project had been in the works since 2020 but was delayed in 2021. However, they recently reconnected to finish it, and now, all that’s left is for fans to experience it.
Kel-P shared that the project initially began in 2019, and although it was intended to release in 2020, several delays held it back. He explained, “I started working on the project around 2019, and it was meant to come out in 2020, but we had a couple of back-and-forths with the release.”
Wande Coal added, “We started recording in 2019, just vibing and experimenting at first. As we kept going, it became clear that this wasn’t just a few songs—it was a complete project. Timing is everything, though, and 2020 wasn’t the right time. Now, I feel like the world is ready for what we’ve created.”
