In the recent weeks, we brought you various contents attesting to the fact that Sarkodie and American rap artiste – Ace Hood, who is signed to We The Best Music Group, are currently working on a collaboration song titled – ‘New Guy‘.
Apparently after Sarkodie returned from Miami, he was quickly interviewed in an exclusive with Celebrity TV Ghana, where he affirmed that Ace Hood and his management actually approached him and his management for the New Guycollaboration. He also solidified this affirmation by saying, apart from Ace Hoods biggest fan base which is the United States Of America, his second biggest fan base was Ghana; hence making the collaboration possible.

But this claim didn’t go well with fans of Ace Hood, and Ace Hood himself. According to his fans, they felt Sarkodie was disrespectful, by making such claim in his home country when infact Sarkodie was the one who actually did the approaching and even had to pay a sum of $25,000.00 for the collaboration as claimed by Ace Hood on his twitter page.
You could tell from Ace Hood‘s tweet that it was actually when the money hit his account, that the collaboration was put into effect, and not the other way round as claimed by Sakodie during is interview.
