South African singer Tyla has unveiled the deluxe edition of her self-titled debut album, released on October 11, 2024, through FAX and Epic Records.
This new version adds fresh tracks and collaborations, highlighting her artistic growth.
The deluxe edition includes three additional songs: “Shake Ah,” featuring DJ/producer Tony Duardo and singers Optimist and Maestro, “Push 2 Start,” and “Back to You.”
The original album dropped on March 22, 2024, featuring 14 tracks and hit singles like her Billboard Hot 100 No. 7 hit “Water,” along with “Truth or Dare,” “Art,” and “Jump,” which features Gunna and Skillibeng.
It also boasts collaborations with Kelvin Momo (“Intro”), Tems (“No. 1”), Becky G (“On My Body”), and Travis Scott (“Water – Remix”).
The project achieved notable chart success, reaching No. 24 on the Billboard 200, No. 2 on Top R&B Albums, and claiming the No. 1 spot on World Albums for five weeks.
The deluxe edition kicks off with “Shake Ah,” an irresistible nearly six-minute track that makes for a perfect dancefloor anthem.
