At the 2024 DStv Content Creator Awards, Tyla and Leading Influencers Shine: Complete Winners List
The third annual DStv Content Creator Awards took centre stage this year, hosted by Anele Mdoda at the prestigious Nelson Mandela Square. This star-studded event celebrated the best in content creation, dazzling attendees with stellar performances from the Bontle Modiselle Dance Studio and appearances by celebrities like Mandisi, Nina Hastie, Cassidy Nicholson, Lasizwe, Christall Kay, and drag icons Manila von Teez and Ina Propriette.
Beauty influencer Zoliswa Mahlobo was honoured as one of the most creative voices, while Sifo the Cooking Husband stole the spotlight by bagging two major awards: the Foodie Award and the highly coveted DStv Creator of the Year Award.
Chris Rogers took home dual honours as well, winning the Travel and Lifestyle Award and the Best Creator Campaign Content Award. Colour Me Simphiwe emerged as a standout winner, securing both the Beauty Award and the newly introduced Spirit of Africa Award, presented by Amarula Premium African Gin.
Coachella Randy, the son of legendary Vinolia Mashego, was named Trendsetter of the Year, while the electrifying Tyla took home the Song of the Year Award, powered by 947, for her hit single “Water.”
