The Twitter user clamies that Davido using a choir band in his song is a slap in the face of the church.
Ahead of his upcoming new song, ‘Stand Strong’ Nigerian award-winning artist David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has been called out for disrespecting God by a controversial Twitter user.
The Twitter user identified as Daniel Regha has been called out the DMW boss for disrespecting God and all Practicing Christians.
Recall, Mp3bullet.ng reported that Davido announced the release of his new song earlier this week, which is extremely different from what he has been doing in the music industry for the past ten years.
The snippet, which was also uploaded on Twitter, shows Kanye West’s choir with stunning backing vocalists, with many people claiming Davido may be vying for a Grammy with the new song.

In the era of so much pressure in the music industry and consistently being mocked for not being nominated for a Grammy, the 30BG boss has chosen to do something different.
However, Twitter critic Daniel Regha criticized OBO in a tweet on his page, claiming that using a choir band in his song is a slap in the face of the church, especially because he is not a gospel artist.
Daniel said that Davido’s use of a choir in his songs was disrespectful to God and all practising Christians.
He said:
“DAVIDO, U FEATURING A CHOIR BAND IN UR SONG IS A BIG SLAP ON THE FACE OF THAT CHURCH COS U ARE A SECULAR ARTISTE; KANYE WEST WAS WRONG TO SAMPLE UR MUSIC IN A CHURCH TO BEGIN WITH, THAT’S A DISRESPECT TO GOD & ALL PRACTISING CHRISTIANS. U CAN’T PLAY SECULAR SONGS FOR GOD’S GLORY”.
