The Nigerian music industry has seen a growth in the number of young music producers, which has resulted in a new level of innovation in music production.
Although Don Jazzy, Young John, Sarz, MasterKraft, and other prominent producers are still recognized as some of the greatest in the industry, this year, certain Nigerian music producers drew attention for the excellent work and originality they put into projects.
The focus of this article is on the Top Young Music Producers who ruled the industry in 2021.

Tempoe (Mad!)
Tempoe has worked with artists such as Ckay and Blaqbonez before becoming a graduate of the Sarz Academy.
With Omah Lay’s “Godly” and “Door,” one of the highlight tracks off Joeboy’s debut album, Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic, the producer, born Michael Chigozie Alagwu, staked a claim in Nigerian music.
He also produced Joeboy’s trending hit song, “Sip(Alcohol)”, Omah lay’s “Understand“, Savage and Buju’s “Confident” which were all released this year and have dominated charts.
He is also one of the producers behind Ckay’s 2019 hit, “Love Nwantiti” which became one of 2021’s global breakout songs.
P.Priime
P.Priime’s full name is Peace Emmanuel Oredope, and he finished secondary school in 2016 at the age of 14. He began producing at the age of 15.
He is one of Nigeria’s most popular producers in 2021. He rose to prominence after contributing to Olamide’s 2020 Carpe Diem album.
The 19-year-old producer has also gotten the opportunity to work with artists like Davido, Wizkid, Teni, DJ Cuppy, Zlatan, and Asa.
This year alone has seen him produce songs like “Anoti” by Wizkid, “Ozumba Mbadiwe” by Reekado Banks, “Mayana” by Asa, “Zazoo Zeh” by Portable and Olamide among several others.
Louddaa
His full name is Kehinde Alabi, and he is signed to Don Jazzy’s Mavin Label.
According to the reports, Louddaa began his career at the record company as a studio engineer, but after a time of training and learning under Don Jazzy, he has evolved into one of the country’s most sought-after producers.
Louddaa was the brain behind Ayra Starr’s first project. He was a part of the producers of Ayra Starr’s 19 & Dangerous album.
He also produced songs like Away, DITR and Memories from Ayra’s debut EP

Andre Vibez
ALEXANDRE Uwaifo aka Andre Vibez is one of the sons of late music icon, Dr Victor Uwaifo and is currently signed to Mavin Records Label as a music producer.
He has produced songs like ‘Feeling’ by Ladipoe featuring Buju, ‘Ye Ye Ye’ by Omah Lay, “Too Correct” by Crayon and Rema and ‘Bridgertn’ off Ayra Starr’s latest album.
London
This is yet another Mavin in-house producer who is getting traction. Michael Ovie Hunter is his full name, and he’s known to have worked on Rema’s Bad Commando project.
London was the mind behind Crayon’s So Fine, Tiwa Savage’s Koroba, Johnny Drille’s Mystery Girl, and Wizkid’s Gyrate, among other songs.
After a series of unfortunate attempts at the university, London took to music production. The producer moved to Lagos from Kaduna, Northern Nigeria and perfected his craft under the tutelage of Babyfresh, an in-house producer at Mavin.
