    Ojuelegba

    I one should mention Wizkid’s most formidable song, it would be Ojuelegba. The song that brought Wizkid international fame beyond measure.

    The Legendury beat produced song got Wizkid a shot with Canadian rapper, Drake, a relationship that would later produce “One Dance” and “Come Closer”.

    Drake and Skepta both jumped on the remix of the song and brought their magic to make it more interesting.

     

     

    Maradona

    Maradona was Niniola’s breakthrough single. The song which was produced by Sarz has earned the sensational singer so much benefit till this date.

    Beyonce sampled the song for the Lion King Soundtrack album, “The Gift” earning Niniola a place on the album as a composer and a Grammy Certificate for it.

    The most notable international version of the song is the one by DJ Snake. The changes made to the song was just in the beat and not the song itself.

     

    Dumebi

    Rema entrance into the music scene with his debut hit song, Dumebi has established him as an artist to watch out for.

    He stoles hearts and fans with the song and is still doing so till now. It has gotten nods from American artists like Rihanna and Drake.

    Though the song has gotten a different remix, Major Lazer still brought a different spice to the song. However, the major change is with the beat and not the lyrics.

    Cardi B visited Nigeria for the first time in 2019 for a concert. In one of her many videos, she posted on social media, one in particular attracted people’s interest as it seemed like Cardi B had done her version to Davido’s “fall”

    Though the full song hasn’t been released, Cardi B’s verse on the song is out.

    Gospel Singer, Mercy Chinwo came to the spotlight with the release of her breakthrough song, “Excess Love”.

    American Gospel singer and Choir Director, JJ Hairston released a version of the song featuring Mercy Chinwo.
