    March saw Naija artists like Rema, Naira Marley, M.I Abaga and the rest drop songs that would dominate the airwaves.

    M.I Abaga ft Erigga, Sinzu -TBDK

    The Chopstix produced track is the first 2021 official offering from M.I as the lead act. The African rapper number one recruits the lyrical assassin, Sinzu and lyrical wordsmith, Erigga. The rappers take turns to deliver mad punchlines as “This Beat Dey Knock”.

     

    Lyta ft Emo Grae, Zinoleesky-Are You Sure

    We have a full Marlian house on this one as Lyta recruits label honcho, Naira Marley alongside fellow Marlian soldiers, Emo Grae and Zinoleesky as they throw a question “Are You Sure” at their baby.

    Ice Prince ft Oxlade- Kolo

    Nigerian veteran rapper, Ice Prince links up with fast-rising singer, Oxlade on “Kolo”. The two show the result of what happens when a good rapper and a melodious singer do a collaboration- Magic.

    Laycon ft YKB- Fall for Me

    Laycon and YKB team-up to release this love-themed banger that had listeners falling in love.

    Naira Marley ft Busiswa- Coming

    Have you ever wondered what a Nigerian and South African street-hop collab would sound like? Naira Marley alongside Busiswa has the answer with “Coming“. The South African renders her verse in her local dialect as she sprinkles that Amapiano dust on this sexual-themed banging tune.

    Rema – Bounce

    Rema teams up with Mavin Records Godfather, Don Jazzy to deliver this fast-paced club banger.

    Rema displays his musical versatility as he excellently hits the right notes as the song progresses.

    Don Jazzy who has embarked on production duties after a long while did his thing but took it a step further and for the listener/music lover that pays attention to the smallest of details you would notice the sequence of the beat is totally on another level. Afrobeats golden boy and The Don brought the Bounce to the party.

    Laycon- Wagwan

    BBNaija 2020 winner, Laycon offers us “Wagwan” as he makes us aware the money will look good on him. The song became his first single to enter the Billboard Triller chart.

    Peruzzi ft Davido- Somebody Baby

    DMW acts, Peruzzi and Davido link up to call out their baby who has been playing tricks on them, chopping their money and professing fake love. Peruzzi and Davido decide to openly call her out on “Somebody Baby” off the latter’s forthcoming album, “Rum and Boogie.”

    Vector X M.I Abaga- Crown of Clay

    Nigerian veteran rappers, Vector and M.I finally squash their beef to collaborate on this track that showcases why the rappers can be seen as legends in the rap game and mentors to the next generation of Nigerian lyrical assassins.

    Crayon X Rema- Too Correct

    Mavin act, Crayon comes through with this party banger and calls on Jonzing World poster boy, Rema to join him in serving this hit. Crayon and Rema take turns to woo their lady and openly compliments her in pidgin terms “Too Correct” off the latter’s sophomore studio project “Twelve A.M”
