Teni first began her music career doing cover songs on social media before she rose to fame after releasing her hit single, “Fargin” in 2017.

Produced by Pheelz, “Billionaire” was Teni‘s biggest song of 2019. The song dominated airwaves thanks to its groovy nature and the fact that the theme was relatable- everybody is praying to be a billionaire one day.

Askamaya was unarguably one of Teni’s biggest track of 2018. It was number 1 for weeks on chats across the country, media houses, clubs and fans had a blast. The song is one you can’t help but dance to when you listen.
Case
Teni had us falling in love with “Case”. This song was released in 2018 and is an Afro-pop song produced by Jaysynths. The song is your classic love triangle, girl likes boy, the girl is willing to do anything for a boy but the boy has eyes for another girl.
In the song, she names drop Billionaires, Dangote and Adeleke (Davido’s Dad) and the chairman of NURTW, MC Oluomo.
Uyo Meyo
Uyo Meyo came being after a video of Teni freestyling the chorus in celebration of her graduation from the University went viral.
It is like an acoustic work of art telling her story. The singer told her story with the music video which was a composition of different moments through her journey to being the singer we know today. Teni has always loved to sing before she made it a profession.
It became an anthem because it encouraged fans that they can be what they want to be.
Fargin
“Fargin” is er breakout single and one of her biggest hit to date, the reception of this song was epic as the song was widely accepted.
Fargin, an adaptation of the English word, Virgin, is a song that addresses the issue of Rape and $exual exploitation & Manipulation.
Teni employs her great storytelling ability in crafting the lyrics to this hit bound single on a Mystro produced highlife beat. Fargin tells the usual story of a Nigerian man trying to seduce a young girl to have sex with him.

On “Power Rangers“, Teni is both a Jealous and Protective lover who would do anything to be near the one she loves. She is willing to go the extra mile to protect him from intruders.

While this is a love song, The music video of “Wait” is dedicated to her late father who was a Soldier. The song contains solemn promises made to a lover.
Super Woman
Teni comes with some special promise to be the best woman in the world to her man, Says she will follow him to the church and be a good wife under any weather and condition. This song is just like Makanaki’s previous ‘Power Ranger‘, its almost same storyline and direction.
