Songs from Nigerian Artists like Tiwa Savage, Tekno and the rest would be featured on the forthcoming soundtrack album for the forthcoming movie, “Coming to America 2.”
According to a post on Twitter, the Soundtrack album of Coming to America 2 is titled “Rhythms of Zamunda”, and seeks to trace musical roadmap through Western, Eastern and South African Soundscapes.
Nigerian Songs listed on the tracklist include; Tiwa Savage’s “Dangerous Love remix”, Larry Gaaga and Umu Obiligbo’s “Owo Ni Koko”, Tekno’s “Skeletun”, Alpha P’s “Jiggy Bop”.
Other African Artists on the tracklist are Nasty C, Tellman, Diamond Platnumz, DJ Arafat, Prince Kaybee, e.t.c
Coming 2 America is scheduled to be released by Prime Video on March 5, 2021. American Actors Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall would be reprising their roles as Hakeem Joffer and Semini.
