Tiwa Savage has joined the multitude of people celebrating Nigerian singers –Tems – on their Grammy nominations.
Remember that Wizkid received two nominations during the ceremony, and Tems will receive a grammy if Essence wins the “Best Global Music Performance” category.
Just like Simi who had congratulated the “Crazy Tings” crooner earlier, Tiwa reacted to the good news by posting a celebratory message on Instagram.
She acknowledged that the Grammy nomination is a significant achievement for Nigeria, but she is particularly pleased with Tems and Angelique Kidjo’s nominations.

However, she is yet to react to Wizkid, Burna Boy, Femi Kuti and Made Kuti’s nominations.
Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Wizkid, Femi Kuti and his son, Made Kuti are among the contenders for the “Best Global Music Album” category.
While Burna Boy is among the contenders for the “Best Global Music Performance” category thanks to his collaboration with Angelique Kidjo on “Do Yourself“.
