Timi Dakolo explains the reason some people do not know how to reciprocate love.
Nigerian singer-songwriter Timi Dakolo has explained why some individuals do not reciprocate the love that is bestowed on them.
In a tweet seen by Mp3bullet.ng, the father of two claimed that some people are ignorant of the affection they receive from others.
The singer of “Iyawo mi” claims that these people are not in any way self-centred because they grew up in households where survival came before love.
According to Timi Dakolo, such individuals prioritise their survival above all else and do not place the maxim “to love and be loved” at the top of their list of priorities.
He tweeted;
Some people don’t know what to do with all the love you are pouring into them. Not that they are selfish or anything like that,they grew up in a house where survival was priority not LOVE. They just want to survive. To love and be loved is not top on their list. Sad but true.
