Nigerian music star, Divine Ikubor who is widely known as Rema has resorted to social media to thank his fans.
Rema extolled his fanbase in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on Instagram.
According to him, his fans are more than a fanbase but now his family and this comes after he was shown massive love during his recent US tour.
Sharing some photos, he wrote;
“It’s been a long time since I’ve smiled like this, y’all made this possible. Gratitude to all who came out to support me this past 2 weeks, I’ve come to a conclusion that this is not a fanbase anymore, it’s a family & nothing will keep us apart, stay raving till we meet again!”

This comes after he revealed why he uses a bat as his signature emoji.
According to him, in Benin city, anytime you look up the sky mostly in the evening, you could see bats flying adding that this informed his decision to use the bat as his signature emoji.
The post he made reads;
“In Benin city, when you look up the sky in the evening all you see is bats flying and that’s why its my signature emoji, a constant reminder of where I’m from”
