Nigerian singer Kingsley Okorie, one-half of the renowned Nigerian highlife band The Cavemen, has openly discussed his fascinating journey and the reasons why he decided to pursue music instead of law.
According to him, music has always been the core of his interest. After graduating from law school, he made the determined decision to pursue a professional music career with his brother, Benjamin, rather than pursue a career in law.
This was revealed during their visit to the most recent episode of The Nancy Isime Show, where they had an honest talk with Benjamin James, his brother and fellow band member.
Benjamin, in presenting his own unusual path, highlighted how he avoided standard university education in favor of attending a specialist music school.
