TG Omori shares update on failed kidney transplant in Nigeria
Ace Nigerian video director ThankGod Omori Jesam, popularly known as TG Omori, has provided an update on the kidney transplant he recently underwent in a Nigerian hospital, seeking prayers from the public.
The renowned music video director, who has been relatively quiet and produced fewer videos recently, revealed that he had been battling health issues, specifically kidney failure, for the past year. TG Omori shared that his brother generously donated a kidney to him.
However, in a recent update on his social media page, TG Omori, affectionately known as the “Boy Director,” disclosed that the transplant was unsuccessful.
He urged the public to pray for him during these challenging times.
He wrote:
One year after my kidney crashed I just had a failed transplant at st Nicolas Lagos. Pray for me.

TG also tweeted some minutes later about how he went in and out of the theatre but was destined not to die. He wrote:
Went into this theater 3times, wasn’t just destined to die today.

This follows TG Omori’s earlier complaint on social media about the fake drink culture that has taken over clubs in Nigeria, a significant contributor to kidney failures. He revealed that this issue left him hospitalized for most of 2023.
It’s all fun n jokes but Fake drinks left me hospitalized most part of this year.
