Teni In A New Video Reveals Why She Had To Lose Weight.
Nigerian music star Teniola Apata MON, professionally known as Teni, has disclosed the reason behind her significant weight loss, attributing it to a period of personal pain.
In a recent interview, the singer, whose new album is gaining popularity, shared that her weight loss was a result of going through a challenging time, and she adopted a strict diet during that period.
Contrary to various speculations suggesting that she underwent surgery to achieve her current physique, Teni emphatically denied such rumors. She clarified that she did not undergo any surgical procedures and pointed out that she still has a noticeable tummy.

Teni has bravely recounted her experience of being diagnosed with this serious throat infection while in the process of recording her second album.
In a heartfelt video that she shared on social media, Teni also announced that her new album, titled ‘Tears of the Sun,‘ is scheduled for release on November 17, 2023.

Due to recurrent episodes of temporary voice loss, Teni received medical advice that recommended a significant procedure to protect her vocal cords from potential permanent damage. In the emotional video, Teni shared, “Testimony Time. When you finally get to hear this album, I want you to listen with your heart, embrace it with your soul, and know that I gave it my all, speaking my truth straight from my heart, against all odds. ‘Tears of the Sun’.”
