Burna Boy, Tems, and Wizkid have all been featured on Billboard’s 100 best songs of 2022 list.

Tems secured the ninth slot on the list, which was revealed on Wednesday, with her song “Free Mind.”

‘Free Mind‘ is a tune from the Nigerian vocalist’ debut seven-track extended play (EP), ‘For Broken Ears,’ which will be published on September 25, 2020.

Even though the song was released in 2020, according to Billboard, its “unflappable” production makes it deserving of the list.

“The production, courtesy of Tems and Omeiza, remains unflappable despite the stressful themes, carrying her on a wave right up to the closing bridge, where the beat drops out and she finally reaches calm waters,” Billboard wrote.

The song has continued to receive massive recognition in both the Nigerian and international music space since its release. In July, ‘Free Mind’ debuted at number 90 on Billboard Hot 100.

Wizkid’s ‘Bad To Me’ also clinched number 72 on the list.

Below are the top 10 songs on the list:

    • Steve Lacy – ‘Bad Habit’
    • Beyonce – ‘Break My Soul’
    • Harry Styles – ‘As It Was’
    • Lizzo – ‘About Damn Time’
