Tems excitedly draws the curtain on ‘Born in the Wild’ North American tour
Tems is celebrating the successful conclusion of the North American leg of her first-ever world tour, titled ‘Born in the Wild.‘ The Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter expressed her gratitude in a recent Instagram post, thanking her team, family, and fans for their unwavering support throughout the tour.
The ‘Born in the Wild‘ tour, which spans five parts (including stops in Asia and Africa), began its European leg on June 11, 2024, at Eventim Apollo in London.
The North American leg, which kicked off on August 22, 2024, in Miami, wrapped up successfully, leaving Tems in high spirits.
“Born in the wild Tour #Northamerica has successfully come to an end! All I’m filled with is joy and gratitude for this experience, my team, my family and most especially my wonderful fans. I feel like I’m part of something that’s much bigger than me. I’m glad to have met so many beautiful souls. And to have fallen in love with you all. Thank you!”
Throughout the tour, Tems has been joined by supporting acts such as American singer Naomi Sharon, Lekan, and Nigerian-American artist Godwin.
The concerts are set to continue into November, with the Australian leg scheduled to visit Melbourne, Brisbane, and Moore Park. Dates for the African leg are yet to be announced, though it’s expected to begin on October 19, 2024.
During the tour, Tems has performed some of her most popular records, including “Not An Angel,” “Love Me Jeje,” “Burning,” “Wickedest,” and “Damages,” thrilling audiences across various locations.
