The management team of Nigerian singer Tems has moved quickly to shut down growing rumours linking her to a supposed collaboration with rapper Odumodublvck.

Speculation began after the Nigerian Barz Association shared a short video online showing Odumodublvck in a studio session alongside Tems and her manager. The clip was accompanied by the caption: “So this collaboration with Tems will not see the light of day because of the current diss, right?” — a post that immediately sent fans into overdrive.
In the video, the rapper could be seen working on music while Tems and members of her team were present in the studio, prompting widespread assumptions that a joint project was in the works.
However, those rumours were swiftly dismissed by Tems’ manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi, who took to social media to clear the air. According to him, the moment was taken completely out of context and had nothing to do with a musical collaboration.
He explained:
“Wasn’t a collab. This was the technician session. She called me to ask what I was doing and I asked her to pull up just to hang for a bit. Don’t bring my artist into trash conversations abeg.”
With that clarification, Tems’ camp has firmly put the speculation to rest, stressing that her appearance in the studio was purely social and not tied to any upcoming project with the rapper.
