Nigerian global music sensation Tems was one of the standout stars at the GQ Men of the Year (MOTY) 2025 event in London, turning heads in a soft, structured white ensemble styled by her trusted glam team.
For almost 30 years, GQ’s Men of the Year celebration has held its place as one of pop culture’s biggest nights, an annual gathering that recognises artists, athletes, actors, and cultural shapers who have defined the past year.
Now in its 28th edition, the event has grown into a tradition of honouring excellence, style, and influence.
The 2025 ceremony, held on 18 November in London, brought together an impressive mix of global heavyweights. This year’s honourees included screen and music icons such as Pierce Brosnan, Skepta, and Cynthia Erivo, who all front the latest MOTY covers.
They were joined by actors Jack O’Connell, Fabien Frankel, Tramell Tillman, Christopher Briney, and Gavin Casalegno, alongside industry veterans like Stellan Skarsgård and fan-favourite Tom Hiddleston.
The night also celebrated theatre maestro Jamie Lloyd, England rugby star Maro Itoje, the triumphant Lionesses, and music figures including Lewis Capaldi, Laufey, Nemzzz, who delivered a performance during the event, and Wet Leg.

Amid the star-studded gathering, Tems’ arrival created its own moment. Fresh off her headlining performance at AFROPUNK Brasil 2025, the Grammy-winning singer stepped onto the MOTY red carpet radiating the kind of quiet elegance she has become known for globally.
Tems wore a textured all-white outfit that exuded minimalism and sophistication. The look featured a sleek, fitted tank-style top paired with a sculpted corset that accentuated her waistline. The ensemble flowed into a long, knitted skirt with soft fringed detailing, moving gracefully as she walked.
Her longtime stylist, Dunsin Wright, was behind the look. The duo, known for their seamless creative synergy, has consistently crafted Tems’ signature red carpet identity. Their shared aesthetic, clean, feminine, and effortless, continues to cement Tems as one of the most stylish artists on any global stage.
