Tems to perform her new single on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’
Grammy-winning sensation Tems is set to grace The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon stage once again on Monday, May 20, 2024. This marks her second appearance on the esteemed show.
The Nigerian global star is expected to perform her recently released single ‘Love Me Jeje,’ a track that samples the classic song of the same name by Seyi Sodimu & Shaffy Bello.
Tems‘ upcoming performance on The Tonight Show is part of the rollout for her debut album, ‘Born In The Wild,’ scheduled for release on June 7, 2024.
This isn’t Tems‘ first time making waves on The Tonight Show stage; she previously captivated audiences alongside Wizkid with their multi-award-winning collaboration ‘Essence‘ in 2021.
Ahead of her highly anticipated album release, Tems has been dropping singles like ‘Me & U,’ ‘Not An Angel,’ and ‘Love Me Jeje,’ while also featuring on ‘No. 1’ from Tyla’s self-titled debut album.

Since her breakout on the international scene in 2020 with her stellar contributions to Wizkid’s ‘Essence,’ Tems has solidified her position as one of Africa’s biggest music stars. Her debut album follows several notable collaborations, including with Beyonce, Drake, and Future’s ‘Wait For U,’ which earned her a Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance.
Tems‘ recent nomination for Best Video Director and Best Gospel/Inspiration Song for ‘Me & U’ at the 2024 BET Awards further underscores her rising prominence in the global music landscape.
In addition, with a total of 27 tour dates, Tems will grace 7 locations in Europe, 18 in North America, and 3 in Australia. While the tour stops in Africa and Asia are yet to be disclosed, mark your calendars for October 19 and 25 for Africa and November 5 for Asia, respectively.
