Tems American College Band shocks Tems with their rendition of “Free Mind”
Tems’ “Free Mind,” which was released more than two years ago, is still living rent-free in the hearts and brains of listeners.
As proof, a video of an American college band giving the masterpiece a stunning performance has gone viral on social media. Since its release, “Free Mind” has been frequently played on American radio stations.
The masterfully composed song was played in the online video by students from Texas-based Praire View A&M University (PVAMU) as part of their entry for this year’s Battle of the Bands.
Tems who spotted the video revealed that she had no idea that she would be making history when she wrote the song. She expressed her gratitude to God for all her achievements.

Announcing her return to social media via her verified account on the bird app, the multiple award-winning singer and entertainer also revealed the reasons behind her absence from social media.
The sensational female vocalist and songwriter revealed that she had been off social media due to the time she had to sacrifice for her music career, adding that she is excited to be back.
“My people dem, i missed you so much. I was cooking, the musik carry me where i kno no”, she posted.
This is coming after 2022 MTV Video Music Awards where she lost to Trinidadian rapper, Nicki Minaj in the best Hip Hop award category.
