Nigerian singer, Tems was a guest performer for the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert during which she gave an electrifying performance.
The fast-rising artist Temilade Openiyi better-known Tems recently became the latest Nigerian artist to perform on the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert which was uploaded on Youtube.
On Thursday, November 4th, 2021, the video was posted to YouTube.
The Nigerian artist’s performance for the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert took place in a hall-like background which was different from the show’s usual bookshop look.
She performed her hit songs like Found and Damages with a live band.
Recall, Tems has had a very good year so far in 2021, with the singer just receiving a nomination for Best African Act at the MTV EMAs.
She also received a platinum plaque for her Essence duet with Wizkid, which has dominated the airwaves for the majority of the year.
She also gained her first set of nominations at the 202 Soul Train Awards.

Tems also featured on Drake’s new album this year, in addition to releasing her own EP, “If Orange Was A Place”.
In the video spotted by mp3bullet.ng, Tems played her hit songs with an accompanying band consisting of a pianist, drummer, and two guitarists on the NPR Tiny Desk Home Concert for the first time.
Looku Looku, her breakout single, as well as Damages, Free Mind, Found, and Replay, were among the songs she performed for NPR.
