Tems has been confirmed as one of the writers for Rihanna’s new track.
Nigerian superstar, Tems has another huge achievement to her bag as she has been revealed as one of the writers behind Rihanna’s forthcoming single.
Recall, that Rihanna recently announced that he is making her long-awaited and much-anticipated musical comeback later this week with a single for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.
Following the circulation of suspicions online, Marvel Studios verified the news earlier today (October 26). A brief teaser posted by the corporation on social media showed the movie’s name changing to a single “R” with the date “10.28.22” beneath it.
The song whose title has been confirmed as “Lift Me Up” is said to be written by Tems, Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna, and Ryan Coogler.
Rihanna briefly teased the song’s melodic hum on social media, but little else is known about the style and sound of “Lift Me Up.”

“After speaking with Ryan and hearing his direction for the film and the song, I wanted to write something that portrays a warm embrace from all the people that I’ve lost in my life. I tried to imagine what it would feel like if I could sing to them now and express how much I miss them,” Tems said in a statement.
“Rihanna has been an inspiration to me so hearing her convey this song is a great honor,” she added.
