Tems’s “Born in the Wild” Album Surpasses 300 MILLION Streams on Spotify
Nigerian songstress Tems has achieved a major milestone with her critically acclaimed album “Born in the Wild,” which has now surpassed 300 million streams on Spotify.
This accomplishment solidifies her status as one of the most influential and successful artists in Afrobeats and globally.
‘Born in the Wild‘ is now among Tems‘ top-performing projects, alongside her previous work For Broken Ears, which also crossed the 300 million streams mark.
With this latest achievement, the album has overtaken If Orange Was A Place as her second most-streamed body of work on Spotify.
This success continues to highlight Tems‘ growing impact in the global music industry, as she consistently delivers music that resonates with both local and international audiences.

In other news, Tems has hinted at a possible deluxe edition of her album “Born In The Wild.” The album, which was released in June, received overwhelming praise from both fans and critics.
While still unveiling visual companions for the project, Tems suggested the potential for an expanded edition during her appearance on Kick Game’s “Shopping For Sneakers” on Sunday, September 1st.
In the interview with host Craig Mitch, Tems shared that she initially recorded 30 songs for “Born In The Wild” but ultimately trimmed it down to 18 tracks for the final release.
When asked about the possibility of a deluxe version of the album, she playfully responded, “It’s possible that it’s coming. I’m not confirming or denying.”
Tems also hinted at the inclusion of additional features that didn’t make it to the original album, saying, “There were more features, which I can’t say. It might still happen. That’s why I can’t say.
