Tempoe Talks About His Legal Fight To Be Recognized For A Diamond-Certified Track He Produced.
Popular Nigerian producer, Tempoe has opened up on a legal battle he is currently facing to get recognized for a Diamond-certified song he produced.
The Producer in a lengthy tweet on the 20th revealed that for a year now he has been going through a journey to reclaim his mandate for a Nigerian song which is already Diamond certified.
While he didn’t state the name of the song in question, he revealed that the song was produced in 2020 when he had nowhere to stay.
Tempoe disclosed that the legal battle has been a tough one for him but quoted Presidential candidate, Peter Obi stating that he never expected the journey to be an easy one.
He also appealed for support from fans and said that trying to keep the issue private has been hell for him.
In his words;
“For over a year now I’ve been on a journey to reclaim my mandate for an already Diamond certified Nigerian record that I made with the artiste back in early 2020 when I almost had nowhere to stay & I tell you it’s been hell & such a draggg
But as my own president elect would say… “I never expected the journey to be an easy one, If they come at us through land, air and sea, we will respond to them through land, air and sea BUT, we will remain law abiding and will never give up”
I won’t tell y’all what song it is (yet), I just need y’all support cos it’s been hell keeping this private for over a year now without busting into flames ????”
