Jesus boy wins big: Spyro buys new house, claps back at doubters

Nigerian singer Spyro is celebrating a major milestone — the acquisition of a stunning new home — and he’s using the moment to reflect on his remarkable journey from doubt to divine breakthrough.
On April 22, 2025, the Who’s Your Guy? hitmaker took to Instagram to unveil a video tour of his beautifully furnished residence. In an emotional caption, Spyro opened up about the challenges he faced early in his career, especially the criticism he received for proudly embracing his faith and branding himself as a “Jesus baby.”
“Sharing this for two reasons,” he wrote. “One, to show you all that I doubled as my own interior designer. And more importantly, two, to remind someone out there that JESUS still transforms stories — from nothing to overflow, from lack to abundance — and He doesn’t charge a dime for it.”
Spyro didn’t hold back as he addressed naysayers who once dismissed him, calling himself living proof that faith and success can coexist.
“Two years ago, I was considered done. It still feels surreal to go from being overlooked to owning properties and living like this,” he said. “Many thought I wouldn’t make it because of my open walk with Christ. Someone even told me to name one person who had ever succeeded calling himself a Jesus boy. But my God is Oranmonise Fayati — He sends and stays.”
He closed with a message of hope:
“If you’re struggling and feeling drained, don’t quit. Run to Him and remain with Him. He never fails.”
Spyro’s testimony has struck a chord with fans, serving as a powerful reminder of faith, perseverance, and purpose.
